Tofu Ranch Dressing
Tofu Ranch Dressing is made with silken tofu blended with a medley of herbs and seasonings. It offers a delightful, tangy flavor and a velvety texture, perfect for drizzling over salads, dipping veggies, or as a flavorful condiment for various dishes.

Servings: (make around 1 cup of dressing or 16 tablespoons)
Ingredients
- 12 oz soft or silken tofu drained
- 2 tablespoon(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) nutritional yeast
- 2 clove(s) garlic peeled
- 2 teaspoon(s) agave or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz a few times. Scrape down sides as necessary, and blend again until creamy and smooth. Pour the ranch dressing into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Notes
oil-free: for oil-free simply omit the oil.
