Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) rolled oats (gluten-free if preferred)
- 2 tablespoon(s) chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cardamom
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 cup(s) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot and mix well. Put over medium-hight heat and cook for 5 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed.
- Serve the oatmeal with your favorite toppings.
