Oat and Banana Smoothie
This healthy simple smoothie is a great way to start out the morning.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) hot water
- 2 tablespoon(s) rolled oats (glutne-free if preferred)
- 1 banana(s) frozen
- 1 cup(s) plant-based milk (such as oat or soy)
- 1 tablespoon(s) ground chia or ground flax
- 1 tablespoon(s) agave or maple syrup
Instructions
- Soak the oats in the water for a few minutes until softened.
- Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Soy-Free:ย For a soy-free option, use an oat or almond milk rather than soy milk.ย
