Strawberry Sauce Parfait
These little parfaits are super cute and make for a lovely breakfast, a nice snack, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) strawberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 2 tablespoon(s) agave or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 cup(s) plant-based yogurt (such as almond or coconut)
- 1 cup(s) granola (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup(s) blueberries (or more strawberries)
Instructions
- Place the strawberries into a small bowl and mash the strawberries with a fork until you reach a chunky sauce texture. Add the agave and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Divide the strawberry sauce equally between four glasses or jars. Spoon over plant-based yogurt, then top with granola and blueberries. Serve right away.
