Super Simple Coleslaw
Easy peasy, this coleslaw is a perfect side for almost any meal.

Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup(s) vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) agave or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
For the slaw:
- 1 14oz bag(s) coleslaw mix
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix all of the dressing ingredients together in a jar or measuring glass.
- Add the coleslaw mix and red onion to a large bowl. Dress with the dressing to taste.
Notes
Oil-free: for oil-free use plain vegan yogurt instead of vegan mayonnaise.
